Translation

Interpreters
When working with our freelance Interpreters, we have to make sure we're on the ball with what's going on in their life – to make ours, and the clients' more effective. It is often said that the 'human' factor is the most unpredictable, but that doesn't help you as a client does it? So, we hold our linguists' timetables for weeks in advance, we call and email them regularly, we know their birthdays and children and partners and meet up with them as often as we can. When they are given a job, they are notified by more than one method, we contact them periodically before the job, call them one hour before their appointed time and they have to call us when they arrive at the location – sounds too much? Not at all – we look after the details so that everyone can feel confident that your booking will go ahead as smoothly as possible.
