Talking Heads^® understands that you’re handling a precise and often lengthy and complicated process when manufacturing a product. R&D, prototyping, stock control, shipping, sales, etc – the manufacturing industry is process driven and requires language services that back that up.

On one hand, you may have purchased a new piece of machinery or plant that comes with instructions (or even trainers) in a language other than English – we can help with this. We have previously translated whole manuals and provided Interpreters for training sessions.

You may currently (or are about to start) sell your products abroad. For this you will undoubtedly require distributor contracts, sales documentation, marketing materials, and on some retail products, packaging / labelling and POS materials translating into the language that is spoken in the country you’re selling to. As much as some British companies do, of course, leave instructions and messages in English (and of course some of your clients may understand them), research shows that foreign markets truly appreciate reading about a product in their own language. It’s a no-brainer really; simple marketing techniques tell us to ‘speak in their language’ – well this is the epitome of that concept!

Many manufacturers have long standing agreements, timescales and deadlines when manufacturing for abroad – we can fit into these. One example of this is our work on product documentation for products going to a huge pipeline build on the other side of the world – we’ve been working on it now for 4 years and still going!
