Confidence in confidentiality
Each audio typist (and TH Project Manager) is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement agreeing not to disclose client’s confidential information to third parties. The client is provided with a Confidentiality Agreement signed by a Partner of Talking Heads®.

Accuracy is key to transcription – a slip of the finger on the keyboard could have a huge negative impact – we understand this and employ processes to ensure proof-reading is of the utmost importance.
