We will ask as many questions as necessary to help us to understand exactly what that is, down to the last detail.
Experience has shown us what the right questions are and although, ultimately, your project will be handled by a dedicated member of staff, any one of our team can handle your initial enquiry and put your mind at rest that you will be dealt with immediately.

Our next step is to consult our database of almost 4,000 names to source the absolute best linguist for your project. We will send out the emails, make the ‘phone calls and do whatever it takes to find the individual with the right language skills; the appropriate specialist knowledge, experience and qualifications. We will ascertain availability and suitability.
Step 4
From there we will provide you with a quotation of price and delivery and once we receive your confirmation that we have got everything just right, you can rest easy in the knowledge that whether it is face-to-face interpreting, written translation or bespoke language tuition, Talking Heads® will provide you with an excellent level of quality, service and value for money.
